She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Ather May Ford (Mahue); and her brother Bobby Tom Ford. She is survived by: her sons, Gregory Brant Simpkins (Deanna) of West Plains, MO and George Jefferson Simpkins (Janet) of Ozark, MO; her husband George Edward Simpkins (G. E.); her grandchildren, Brant (Danielle), Cameron, Brittany, Blake (Jacklyn), Kalie and Linsey; her great grandchildren, Jayla, Rya, Violet, Lily and Ryatt; her sister Betty Hembree (Charles); and her sisters-in-law, Charlene Ford and Savannah Hill. She is also survived by five nieces and numerous great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to BCFO (Springfield, MO) or the American Diabetes Foundation.
