Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Tom Hopkins of Springfield, Missouri, born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away at the age of 73, on March 8, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Hopkins and Martha Hawkins Hopkins; his brother Mark "Tiger" Hopkins; his son Nathaniel Hopkins; and his brother-in-law Jerry Plaster.
He is survived by: his children, Abby "Gator" Sylvester and David Hopkins; his stepdaughter Marisa Dewey; his son-in-law Adam; his grandchildren, Mala, Essence, Mili, Bella, Kalia, Tallula, Makana, Izaia, Akira, Heavenly Sylvester and Soren Dewey; and his siblings, John Hopkins (Shelly), Nancy Hopkins (Todd Young) and Dr. Sarah Hopkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
