He was predeceased by: his parents, Theron "Warren" Watters and Helen Theresa Watters (Harker); and his nephew James. He is survived by: his siblings, Lynne Brown (Mark) of Brighton, T. J. Tanksley of Springfield and Steve Watters (Romona) of Strafford. He is also survived by one niece; seven nephews and many friends.
