She is survived by: her children, Tamara Forney, J. R. Hayes, Marco Hayes and Shrica Crawford (Chris); and her siblings, Diane Smith (Ronnie), Kelvin Pearson and Gina Pearson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
