She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Westmeyer and Frederick Miller; and her brother Ronald Miller. She is survived by: her husband Stan Dulin; her daughters, Kelly Dampier (Ed) and Kimberly Jenkins (Mark); her grandchildren, Zach Dampier, Alex Kincaid (Shane), Grant and Addi Grace Jenkins; and her sisters, Marilyn Harris and Alice Maggi (Jim).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Sylvia's memory to Trinity Lutheran Church at 1415 S. Holland Ave. Springfield, MO 65807.
