She was predeceased by: her father Frederick H Borneman Sr.; her brother Frederick H Borneman, Jr.; and her former husband Paul Oakley. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Borneman; her daughter Elizabeth Oakley; her stepson Patrick Ijima-Washburn; her daughter-in-law Saho Ijima-Washburn; her granddaughter Selina Ijima-Washburn; and her siblings, Lori Fuge, Elizabeth Meiner, Cary, Christopher and David Borneman. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
