Shirley Ann Shedd Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Ann Shedd of Springfield, Missouri, born in Waukegan, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 1, 2024 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hanson and Viola Hanson (Lemberg). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Arthur Glenroy Shedd; her son Brad (Alyson) of Chesapeake, VA; her grandchildren, Olivia Bisson (Adrien), Sophia, Stephen, Ava, Susanna, Laura, Juliana and Brennan; her son Tim of Lithia, FL; her grandchildren, Christopher and Ana Clara; her daughter Christy Wiebe (John) of Aldrich, MO; her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jack; her brothers, Ron Hanson (Polly) of Fayetteville, AR and Robert Hanson (Patty) of Springfield, MO; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Shedd of Warsaw, IN and Rhoda Palmer (Clifton) of Warsaw, IN; and also Valdinea Andrade. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, more than 50 first cousins, and countless valued friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greenlawn Funeral Home East (3540 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65809). A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Evangel Temple Church (2020 E Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65804). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Cemetery Robberson Prarie Cemetery (3244 W Farm Rd 50, Willard, MO 65781).
