She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Oberbeck and Lodema Oberbeck; her stepfather Bill Clark; and her sisters, Donna, Doris, Linda and Connie.

She is survived by: her sisters, Lois Renfro, JoAnn Mann, Janet Oberbeck, Dorrie Mizell and Billie Tannehill; and her children, Pete Martin, Melinda Walden and Robert Martin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless dear friends.
