Though Roy Willard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Willard Tolbert and Bonnie Frances Tolbert (Rutherford); and his wife Eva Lynda Brigance. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Rochelle Cunningham (James) and Cynthia Tolbert Lipscomb (Justin); his grandchildren, James Roy Cunningham, Carlie Anne Elizabeth Cunningham and Kathryn Elizabeth Lipscomb; and his sisters, Renee Knipmeyer (Dean), Charlotte Daubin (Steve) and Barbara Glidewell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
