She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Aiello and Margaret Sebastian. She is survived by: her husband Robert O. Fortner; and her children, Roger E. Fortner (Lynne), Daniel R. Fortner, Donna Viner (Ron) and Diane Meyer (Dennis).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Walnut Lawn Funeral Home (2001 W Walnut Lawn St, Springfield, MO 65807). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Hazelwood Cemetery (1642 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804).
