He is survived by: his wife Linda Kaay Dunn Brammer; his children, Christopher Bryan Brammer (Amy) and Allison Lea Brammer; his grandchildren, Wyatt Leo Russell Brammer, Atherton William Lee Brammer and Elizabeth Ann Brammer; and his siblings, Carole Ann Brammer Murray, Teresa Lynn Brammer and Leo Russell Brammer, II.
