He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gelsheimer and Mora Gelsheimer (Cain); his wife Patricia; and his brother Merle Gelsheimer. He is survived by: his children, Mark Gelsheimer (Laura) and Julie Rost (Stephen); and his sister Trula Shipman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and spouses, 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Ozarks Antique Auto Club for scholarship fund for Ozarks Technical College Automotive Technology Program.
