He is survived by: his wife Karen; his parents, Patrick Mullen and Laveta Burdette Mullen; his caregiver Karen Sue Mullen (Murphy); his daughter Angela Baker (Mullen); his grandchildren, Trevin and Shelby Baker; his son Jon Mullen; his grandchildren, Ketron and Kanyun Mullen; his sons, Thomas Mullen and Justin Eskina; and his grandchildren, Kenley and Mason Eskina. He is also survived by was one of the couple's 15 children.
