He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Howell; and his brothers, Gary and David. He is survived by: his mother Carol Howell; his children, Faith Ashley (Richard) and Luke Howell (Monique); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Ricky, Kayla and Patrick. He is also survived by five sisters and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations in his honor to a local pet rescue organization Home 2 Home Canine Orphanage in St. Louis to celebrate his love for animals.
