He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lee Shaffer (Shila) and Dr. Elizabeth Shaffer Cvetkovic (Deki); his grandchildren, Avery, Brooks and Drina; his brother Gary Shaffer; his sister-in-law Christine Shaffer; and also Bob Shaffer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cats.
