He was predeceased by: his parent Gail Mattox. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Mattox; his close friend Tommy; his sister Melissa; his aunt Billie; his girlfriend Stacie; and his great-nephew Daytona. He is also survived by 6 children, numerous grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services (2026 W Woodland St, Springfield, MO 65807).
