Though Phyllis Dean may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Jenkins and Della Jenkins (Morris); and her brother Gary Jenkins (Ronald Duncan). She is survived by: her husband Floyd E. Higgins; and her daughters, Carla, Melissa, Shirley, Sharlene and Tonya. She is also survived by 7 granddaughters, 7 grandsons, numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, cousins, and many friends.
