He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwen and Earl. He is survived by: his uncle Bob Phillips; his nephew Andy Kahmann (Mandy); his sister-in-law Sharon Kahmann; his niece Eva Taylor; and his cousin Mark Phillips. He is also survived by cousins, grandnieces and grandnephews.
