She was predeceased by: her son Rocky; her siblings, Bill Houston (Ethyl) and Betty Appelhans (Eugene); her nephew Billy Appelhans; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Doran.
She is survived by: her husband Farrel; her children, Tammie Doran of Nixa, Tonya Elwood of Springfield and Tracy Wade (Tracey) of Rogersville; her granddaughters, Carly Thomas (Taryn) of Nixa and Taylor Orr (Chaseten) of Fort Gibson, OK; her great grandchildren, Haiden Thomas, Jenna Thomas and Kyndal Orr; and her brother Jim Houston (JoAnn) of Clever. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews plus three bonus grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Roller Cemetery (470 Roller Rd, Sparta, MO 65753).
