He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Greg Kollmeyer (Kim) of Springfield and Lori Holland (Shane) of Rogers; and his siblings, Don (Ruth) of Springfield, John (Kathy) of Rogersville, Nancy Schweizer (George) of Carlsbad, Anne Kollmeyer of Eden Prarie and Mary Wagner of Charlotte. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
