She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wynn and Florence Wynn (Plaster); her husband Junior Howard (JW); her siblings, Verna Malicoat (Wynn), Shirley Moore (Wynn), Lena Filbeck (Hale) and Lee Wynn; and her son Donald Nixon (Bud).
She is survived by: her children, Donna Bulloch (Jerry) of Lewisville, TX, Sharla Jacobs (Eddie) of Elkland, MO, JoAlice Kelley (Richard) of Republic, MO and David Nixon (Vicki) of Frisco, TX; and her siblings, Peggy Jones (Frank) of Galena, MO and Claude Wynn (Junior) of Springfield, MO.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Norma's memory to the Pleasant View Cemetery.
