With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neal A. Brandt of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Della Mae Brandt; his former wife Sandra Lee Brandt; his father Lawrence Robert Brandt; and his brother-in-law Alan Frericks. He is survived by: his wife Judith Brandt of Springfield, MO; his daughters, Sarah Brandt of Lee's Summit, MO, Julie Dantes (Eric Dantes) of Cutchogue, NY, Katy Hensley of Springfield, MO, Heather McMurry of Seattle, WA and Sara (Darin Hampton) of Piedmont, MO; his siblings, Nancy Frericks of Springfield, MO, Steve (Candace Brandt) of Rogersville, MO and Jogn (Rebecca Brandt) of Columbia, MO; and his grandchildren, Andy, Ben, Cassie Brandt, Lilabeth, Elleka, Jack Dantes, Owen Hensley, Jacob, Abby Cheney, Nancy and Millie Hampton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gorman-Scharpf Funeral Home, Inc. (1947 E Seminole St, Springfield, MO 65804). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
