He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Darril McIntosh, Tony, Delores Howell and Joe Burney; his uncles, Greg and Kenny Howell; and his aunt Debbie McIntosh.
He is survived by: his fiancé Jess; his daughters, Lilly and Peyton; his stepson Ryder; his parents, Lee and Paula; his siblings, Kari, Zach (Stephanie), Ben (Melanie), Skylar (Amber) and Bethany; and his grandmother Pat. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and more friends.
