She is survived by: her daughter Kay Appleby; her grandsons, Shane and Sean Appleby; her great grandchildren, Lauren (Evan), Lindsey, Lydia, Hunter and Taylor (Dalton); and her great great grandchildren, Blakley and Castin.

The family asks that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, in Memphis TN.
