He is survived by: his wife Roberta Cunningham; his daughters, Gail King (Paul) and Rhonda Sortor (Ronnie) of Springfield; his grandsons, Brian (Megan), Eric and Todd King; his great grandchild Elliot; and his siblings, Barbara Johnson (Ken), Terri Deitrich (Eldon) of Springfield, Torris Germany (Dean) of Strafford, Kathy Hartsock (Ron) of Nixa and Levelia Ford (Dale) of Madison, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
