He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael George Carbone and Helen Rogers Carbone (Rogers); his siblings, Bernadette Andrews (Chuck), Vincent Michael Carbone and Christopher Michael Carbone; his nephews, Jann Catt and Brandon Carbone; his in-laws, Claude and Jessie Catt; and his brother-in-law Rex Maberry.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Carbone of Springfield, MO; and his sisters, Patricia Simmons (Scott) of Manassas, VA, Theresa Faucette (Steve) of Raleigh, NC and Sara Overman (John) of Mount Pleasant, SC. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
