He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kenneth Butcher and Margaret Pauline Wojtkiewicz. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Butcher; his children, Michael and Kelly Butcher; his grandchildren, Emily, Elijah, Kendall and Grace; and his great grandchild Noah.
