He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Rouch; his parents, Frank Rouch and Alma Rouch; and his sisters, Margie Smith and Jean McConnell.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Rouch (Maria) and Deborah MacFarlane (Don); his sister Phyllis Griffith; and his brother-in-law Charles McConnell. He is also survived by five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Service (4001 E 9th Ave, Winfield, KS 67156). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery (24547 61st Rd, Arkansas City, KS 67005).
