He was predeceased by: his father James Everett Smith; and his grandparents, Ross Smith Jr., Dr. Albert Ryan and Mary of Thomas, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his mother Alberta Ryan Smith of Muskogee, OK; his siblings, Chris Smith (Jeanette) of Edmond, OK, Jami Moseley (Bill) of Ft. Collins, CO, Jenni Dunn (Wes) of Muskogee, OK and Patricia Cobb (Earl) of Muskogee, OK; and his close friends, Angie Short of Tulsa, OK, Joe Reichard, Tom Douglas, Sally Moore, Boone Hodges of Springfield, Patrick Kelly of Oklahoma City, Dale Wallace of Collinsville, OK and Mike Vilamore of Stockett. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews and three great nephews.
