She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Sarah Idella Cortner; and her brother-in-law Phil Harmon. She is survived by: her husband Dean Phipps; her daughters, Sara VanHorn (Travis) and Sabrina Harbour (Ted); her grandchildren, Kristen Marshall (Tyler), Devon Rivers (Sam) and Ryley Harbour (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Carter, Ella, Beckett Marshall and Baby Rivers; and her sisters, Rebecca Hudson (Jesse) and Nancy Harmon.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bowling Chapel. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to Bowling Chapel Cemetery or Access Hospice.
