It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leona M. Though Leona may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leona touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Walters and Ada Walters (Jones); her husband William; her daughter Aletha Speer (Paul); and her grandson Rob McEntire.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Waisner (Terry), Arelia Kilbourn and Delia Seymour (James); and her brother Buddy Walters (Joanne). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
