He was predeceased by: his mother Trudy Rae Johnson; and his brother Dallas W. Johnson III. He is survived by: his wife Kristi; his son Bryce; his father Dr. Dallas Johnson; his sister Debbie (Lee VanHorn) of Tulsa, OK; his aunt Debbie Cameron; and his cousin Mindy Ellingsworth.
