He is survived by: his caregiver Judy Clark of Branson, MO; his daughters, Julie Moser (Jason) and Cathy Harlen (Chris); the mother of his children Jo Anna Fannan; his grandsons, Ethan Moser, Grant Harlen and Ross Harlen; and his sister Particia Youngblood of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by other family members and many friends.
