He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Burton Sivils and Nadine Sivils (Swickhamer); and his siblings, Don and Mary. He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Lee (Griffin); his children, Gary Sivils, Kent Sivils and Teresa Sivils-Dickey (Jason); his grandchildren, Dalton Sivils (Sara), Seth Sivils, Ryan Dickey (Megan), Kayla Sivils, Cory Sivils, Reagan Dickey and Jensen Sivils; his great grandchildren, Parker Sue and Everette Wayne; and his sisters, Joyce Boyles and Melba Clark of Kansas City.

Donations can be made in his honor to Ozarks Food Harvest, a cause close to his heart.
