She was predeceased by: her parents, Philbert Vantrepotte and Mary White Vantrepotte. She is survived by: her husband Don Stevens of Springfield, MO; her children, Kathi Lynn Reed (David) of Staunton, IL and Doug Stevens (Teresa) of Edmond, OK; her granddaughters, Kelsi Marie Willison, Katie Danielle Harris and Karlee Elizabeth Nowell; and her brother Randy Vantrepotte of Westville, IL.. She is also survived by two great grandsons, two great granddaughters.
