Joyce Roberta Ward Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2025, at the age of 93, Joyce Roberta Ward of Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Ward; and her sister Zona. She is survived by: her children, Connie Harmon (Clay) and Michael Ward (Deanna); her grandchildren, Jeffrey (Allie), Cameron (Breezy), Marissa (Quintin) and Mikayla (Silas); her great grandchildren, Fallon, Elliot, Inzo, Chayton, Remi and Zadie; and her siblings, Fae, Susie, Kay, Ruby and Paul.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home (500 E Walnut St, Springfield, MO 65806). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hamlin Memorial Baptist Church Nursery.
