He is survived by: his wife Olive; his sons, Jeffrey Michael Wood (Prada Zhang) of Tampa, Florida, Jarin Mathew Wood (Cathie) of Ashland, Missouri and Gregory Shannon Wood (Tina) of Jefferson City, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Drew Wood, Rori Wood Peters, Olivia, Alex Wood, Sam, Sadie and Chloe Giles; and his great grandchildren, William Peters, III (Liam) and Charlotte Peters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
