He is survived by: his wife Joan (Jo); his sister Judy Raymond (Jerry Schartner) of Des Moines, IA; his nephews, John Cisna (Kim) of Ankeny, IA, Jeff Cisna (Jennifer) of Dove Canyon, CA, Eric Budreau (Heidi) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Matt Budreau (Kristen) of Mission Viejo, CA and Luc Cisna (Carli) of Denver, CO; and his son Jermiah Hayden (Amanda) of Florence, SC.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
