She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elisha Sims and Hazel Joan Dewitt (Merritt); and her siblings, Anna Louise Sims and James Raymond Sims. She is survived by: her husband Keith Michael Johnston; her sisters, Jeannie Cox of Hurley, Nancy Blair (Donald) of Hurley and Kathleen Williams of Springfield; her nephew Jamie Cox of Hurley; her nieces, Alice Cummings (Doug) of Hurley, Kara Knotts (Terrence) of Greenfield, Sarah Layton, Shannon Rapp of Springfield and Vannesa Williams of Tulsa; and her great-nephew Luke of Springfield.
