As Jeff departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jeff may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jeff leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Scott and Ellene Scott (Capaul). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Scott; his son Chris (Sarah); his grandchildren, Archer, Finley and Jason; and his siblings, Susan Shippy and Craig Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
