He is survived by: his mother Kim Bess (Holt); his stepfather Charlie Bush; his grandmothers, DeAnn Holt (Banwart) and Judith Bess (Richardson); his siblings, Jaymie, Jake, Ashley and Mallory Bush; his uncle Drew Holt; his grandmother Betty Bush (Smith); his friends, Alex Aton, Marcus Aton, Caleb Horton, Eric Morris, Pouya Parsian, Joel Reed and Chey Watson; his pet Bernie; his grandfather Don Holt; and also Carol Price (Holt).

In lieu of flowers, honor Jeff by giving random acts of kindness, anticipate the needs of others and remind them of all the positive aspects of their lives, dance, and sing at the top of your lungs.
