He was predeceased by: his mother Kayla Burkholder. He is survived by: his father Bryon Kapica; his siblings, Keeleigh Kapica and Bryson Kapica; and his grandparents, Linda Kapica, Jeff White, David, Holly Welsh, Doyle and Jacque Burkholder.
