He is survived by: his mother Betty Lewis; his siblings, Ronald Lewis, Cheryl Star (Vanek), Kimberly Lawrence (Pat) and Kristina Bryant; his children, Kody Fisher (William), Samantha Lewis and Jacob Lewis; his grandchildren, Liam and Harper; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Ashdown, Zachariah Lewis, Zoey Lawrence and Christopher Lewis; and his close friend Misty Lashley.
Jason was able to give some of his body through organ donation.
