We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2024, at the age of 99, Homer Floyd Gilzow in Springfield, Missouri, born in Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gilzow and Hazel Gilzow; his wife Elizabeth Jeane Moseley; and his children, H. Floyd Gilzow and Melinda Kay Gilzow.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Dale Gilzow and Teresa Lynn Seltzer; his daughter-in-law Becky Gilzow; his grandchildren, Paul, Josh, Tim Gilzow, David Seltzer, Brian Pappas and Carol Pappas; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Auggie, Blaze, Ozias and Vee Gilzow; his stepgreat-grandchild Sasha Koch; his sister Alene; and his brother-in-law Leon Schlosser.

In lieu of flowers/plants, the family requests donations be sent to Samaritan's Purse.
