In the sacred silence of farewell, Harry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne "Skip" Phelps; his daughters, Leslie Phelps and Mary Voight (Dana); his grandsons, Darren (Cassie), Evan (Bella) and Jake Voight; his great grandchildren, Emma, Grace and Finn; and his brother Bob Phelps.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Twin Oaks Country Club (1020 E Republic Rd, Springfield, MO 65807).
