She was predeceased by: her spouse MSgt Felix John Phanton; her parents, Earl Outlaw and Mary Outlaw (Jaqua); her brother Tom Outlaw; her parents-in-law, Felix and Lorraine Phanton (Now); her brother-in-law Robert Phanton; and her granddaughter Chelsea Phanton.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Phanton (Susie) of California and Angela Phanton of Ozark; her grandsons, Joe Phanton (Megan), Forrest and Jacob Phanton of California; her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Gavin Phanton of North Carolina and Elijah Lopez of Arizona; her nephew Rick Phanton of Oregon; her cousin Linda Bolin (Jerry) of Nixa; and her close friends, May and Darlene.
Memorials may be made to North Nixa Baptist Church.
