Georgia Josephine Brixey Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Josephine Brixey of Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma Clarice Miller and George Raymond Garrison; her son Tommy Skiener; and her siblings, Raymond, Carrell, Arthur Garrison, Betty Gambrieal, Norma Houghs, Gene Garrison, Dan Garrison and Maxine Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Jamey Brixey (Melissa), Mike Brixey (Sherie) and Brenda Bryson (Zerl). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (5235 W State Hwy Ee, Springfield, MO 65802).
Memorial donations may be made in her name to the animal charity of your choice.
