She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Moore (Bird) and Felix Madison Moore; and her son Jeffery Garrison. She is survived by: her husband Vernon; her children, Vickie Garrison Smith (Garth), David Garrison (Sonia) and Linda Garrison-Kane (Tom); her grandchildren, Garin Smith, Ben Smith, Alec Smith (Megan), Jeremiah Garrison (Elizabeth), Seneca Garrison, Amanda Garrison, Marcus Garrison and Thomas Kane; and her great grandchildren, Peyton and Maya.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Camden Crisis Center, Ruby Snider Food Pantry in Camden AR, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, honoring Etheleen's lifelong commitment to serving others in need.
