He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Fox and Frank Fox of Chicago; his sister Dorothy; and his wife Edna Christine Holman (Chris). He is survived by: his children, Mark, Deborah Fox and James Smith (Charlotte); his close friend Lynn Quinn; his daughter Montana; and also, Kevin and Montana.
