He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Leo McCartney and Joyce Evelyn McCartney (Rowen); his son Bryan Keith McCartney; his siblings, Joyce England and Gary McCartney; and his brother-in-law Leroy Alcorn.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Vicki Lay; his grandson Drew Keith McCartney; his siblings, Anita Alcorn, Nola Cochran (Steve), Mary Odle (Jim), Michael McCartney (Peggi) and Danny McCartney (Wendy); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce McCartney and Jerry England. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Boone Creek Cemetery in memory of Duane.
